Yes I would say a 12-14 foot long ramp would work great for a vehicle with 3.5 inches of ground clearance and trailer height of 19.5 inches like the part # GH34FR which is 14 feet long. Since your trailer does not have a lip for a ramp set your best option would be to install a trailer ramp channel at the rear of it which at this time we do not carry.

I have a solution for you, but the CargoSmart Arched Loading Ramps # 3483070 are going to be about 7" tall at their tallest point when laid flat on the ground. I have another option for you, but due to the length of the ramp you would not want to use the Aluminum Car Hauler Ramp Set - 48" x 14-1/2" # 288-07501 any higher than 12" as it could cause the ramp to not be secure and will be a pretty steep angle.
Instead I recommend the Aluminum Car Hauler Ramp Set - 72" x 14-1/2" # 288-07503 which is designed for a maximum loading height of 16" which is prefect for your trailer that is 15" from the ground.

The Stallion # 288-07503 Car Hauler Ramps are a total of 14-1/2 inches wide, which includes the raised edges. These ramps would accommodate your 12 inch wide tires but keep in mind that the tire would ride on the raised edges.
I'd suggest going with something without the raised edges like the # 325-GH-R72 from Gen-Y. We do have some ramps that are a bit wider, but they lack the capacity needed for a passenger vehicle view full answer...
